General information on delivery times
Delivery times are generally valid for deliveries within Germany. The delivery time information is given in the shopping basket before the order is placed. Express shipments will have a delivery time of one working day. Information for international deliveries can be found further down this page.If you order several articles from us within one order and different delivery times are given, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time shall apply to the total shipment of your order.
Information on the calculation of the latest delivery date:
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
